Bhai Ghanhaiya Ji Sewa Trust consists of a dedicated group of like-minded who always remain active to help people in their crisis and need. We try to provide ambulance service to those who have faced a sudden tragedy on the road while driving or walking. A number of 8 auto ambulances with first aid boxes sponsored by Harjinder Singh always remain ready to serve the injured by providing them primary medications to make their pain and injury healed or by taking the people with serious injuries to hospitals for further treatments. We also take the responsibility to inform the families of the injured people about the accidents and also take them home if they seem to be unable to reach home on their own. We feel so pleased to serve the people in their crises and emergency with the help of our active members and volunteers.
Free transportation service
Providing free transportation service to travelers at Patel Chowk metro station remains one of our popular works. Every Sunday a team of 8 auto-rickshaws remains active to serve the visitors with free up and down from Patel Chowk metro station to Bangla Sahid Gurudwara. We are providing this service from 10 am to 7 pm at the mentioned metro station. You can find our members welcoming the visitors at gate no 3 of that metro station and serving them with cold water to give them relief and refreshment by quenching their thirst free of cost and then taking them to their destination Bangla Sahid Gurudwara. We feel so satisfied to see the people taking benefit from us and appreciating our noble attempt.
Feeding The Needy
Bhai Ghanhaiya Ji Sewa Trust believes that Food is a basic human need and right. Most marginalized people are struggling to earn food for their economically weaker backgrounds and lack their daily nutrients as well. Regarding this, we organize food camps through which we have taken the responsibility to provide cooked meals and distribute them to approximately 500 people at Nigam Bodh ghat in Delhi where a sound number of people are struggling to earn their daily bread. Through these programs, we make them aware that they should have their daily food to restore their energy to continue their daily work.
Footwear Distribution
Bhai Ghanhaiya Ji Sewa Trust is always striving for making human life much better. Since we are always trying to make the lives of poor, homeless unprivileged people a little easier, we have arranged some distribution programs for shoes, slippers, and other footwear for those people who are unable to afford a pair of shoes and are seen walking or wandering the city on bare feet because of their weaker economic condition. We are so glad to conduct this program as people are getting benefited from it and we also want people to support it with their little contribution to allow us to continue it over the years.
Free Ayurvedic medicines distribution
The majority of the people in our country are going through illness issues from minor to serious. Naturally, they have to follow conventional medications and their side effects. And most of them are not able to continue the expensive treatment because of their weaker financial backgrounds. So the Founder of Bhai Ghanhaiya Ji Sewa Trust has taken the responsibility to serve them with ayurvedic medicines for sugar and constipation totally free of cost with no negative or side effects on health. Mainly we distribute these medicines among the poor unprivileged people who are suffering from these illnesses for years and seeking a permanent solution to them. It is so pleasing for us that people are appreciating our work as well as our self-made medications.
Blanket distribution
Distributing blankets to needy people remains one of our main objectives. Every year whenever chilled winter approaches in Delhi, homeless people have to experience the bitterness of the weather and are at a huge risk of suffering from serious illness issues. Regarding this, Bhai Ghanhaiya Ji Sewa Trust is providing free warm blankets to the homeless people who are living and spending nights in the open area of streets and roads of Delhi. We believe that there is no better work than supporting people in their needs and crises so it is our biggest satisfaction to serve humanity by providing needy people with warm blankets to save their lives.
Human Welfare
Bhai Ghanhaiya Ji Sewa Trust believes that helping man is helping God. So our organization was initiated with the purpose of the well-being of all human beings. We are passionate about helping and supporting the crisis of people belonging to underprivileged backgrounds. We work to promote our welfare projects by providing several facilities to the people irrespective of their creed, religion, and language. We are offering people our initiative of eradicating road accidents by making them aware of the traffic rules and following them. We are taking responsibility to distribute food, medicines, blankets, footwear, and other needful things to the people living on the streets and roadside of Delhi. We feel blessed that Guru ji has chosen us to serve the people and to serve humanity.
